- Debtors – receiving timecards/quotes and invoicing work, distributing invoices and statements, receiving and allocating payments and creating outstanding debtor reports
- Payroll – weekly/fortnightly/monthly. Also calculations of holiday pay, kiwisaver, public holidays, sick leave, student loan, child support and benefits etc
- IRD requirements – PAYE, GST and FBT
- Stock Control – entry/removal of stock on information supplied and reports of current stock on hand
- System Setup – meeting with clients to sort out what is required and matching a system to suit their requirements.
